"I received next day service and am very satisfied with the work I had done. Julian was polite, professional, and honest with me. He took time to listen to my concerns and went beyond to replace all my very old smoke detectors, new breaker in panel box, got my family room lights in working order, and tried to get my jacuzzi tub back in operation.

"I had an emergency repair that needed to be taken care of immediately. Rankin Electric came out and took care of the problem in no time at all. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and very professional and explained the situation every step of the way. The technician used his time very effectively and efficiently to get the job done. They went out of their way to find the parts that I needed. They also made sure that everything was in safe working order and that all of my concerns were acknowledged and addressed before they left.
