Service was quick (less than 24 hours after I contacted them) & excellent; the price was right; the technician, Joe, pleasant & extremely competent (my house is old as are the electrical installations), &, delightfully, they have four-legged office assistants (Brody the chocolate lab, Dottie the cat, a poodle & a bird)! Randy Rankin & the staff are simply the best."

"Yesterday (2-23-17), I called Randy with a problem that needed trouble shooting. Luckily, Daniel was in the area, and within 30 minutes, he showed up and had the two problems resolved in 15 minutes. I have used Rankin Electric for the past two years, and I've been very happy with the results. The techs are very professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend Rankin Electric for any electrical needs."

"When the electricity started doing strange things in my house, I called Rankin Electric. I really needed help and I was so tired of companies not showing up or doing poor work. The electrician sent by Rankin - Julian - was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The cost was very reasonable. Julian fixed the problems quickly and efficiently. I am so thankful that a company like this exists in Bakersfield! I'll be using them again - and again!"

"I have been searching for years for a reliable electrical service for my small home jobs - things like replacing ceiling fans and outdated light fixtures, putting in new outlets, etc. I had a disastrous experience with a local company about 6 months ago and decided to just give up. After checking online I saw that Rankin Electric had received rave reviews and consistent 5 star ratings. I called for an appointment and the gentleman who answered the phone could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I needed an outside wall light fixture by my garage door replaced for safety reasons and he sent someone out the same day - in the rain! The electrician arrived on time, was very courteous, explained exactly what he was going to do and 10 minutes later it was done. The fee was very fair. He told me to compile a list of projects and he would be very happy to come back and take care of everything in one day. All in all a very pleasant, stress free experience and I've found my new electrician! I can highly recommend Rankin Electric!"
